How to make Golden Chao Fan(Chahan/fried rice)

Chao Fan...in Chinese
Char buei...in Hokkien(dialect)
Nasi Goreng ...in Malay
Chahan...in Japanese
Fried Rice...in English

i have been cooking this since 11. My father taught me.
when mother din cook,i'll cook my own meal.
so i always cook chaofan...maybe you noe how to do it ald!

Well golden fried rice is easy to cook. All you need is:
A bowl of cooked rice
An egg(due to the amount of rice)
some sugar, soy sauce, oil, and a pan.

Then, this is my personal way to make it: (haha)
1.mix your egg with your rice in a bowl, stir it till all the rice is covered
with egg yolk(all the rice are yellow in colour)
*dun make your rice sticked together and become ball like! this is not onigiri!>.<

2.have your pan prepared,make sure the pan and the oil is hot enough,so you can straightly fried your rice. Then you can go SHA~SHA~SHA~,dun stop "frieding" make your rice SPIN!! Untill you are almost done, add some sugar. the sugar must spread on the surface of the rice, so every rice will be sweeten.the go SHA~SHA~SHA~ again.add a little, a little soy sauce. then go SHA~SHA~SHA again. *Untill the rice go popping in your pan, then place the fried rice in a bowl or anything.

3.Huang Jing Chao Fan (Golden Fried rice) is ready for serve now. *Well,you can add vege,meat or anything you like. but i add nothing cuz i like nothing. haha. Adding other things may make it taste different and it will be not golden anymore, so i prefere nothing! it may taste a little sweet, smells great, and the rice are a little hard(i love this taste,if you dun like, dun fried too long till the rice popping.)

I study in a very old old school,
my very very old old school have a very old old church besides it.
This school have a very very old old story also,
It has been bulid during the second world war...
(and it is believe it had been a grave yard before)

My very very old old school,

very very old old chair,
and very very old old table,

I study in a very very old old class.
it is a very small small class,
which there are 41 student in it.

the school is also very very small small too
we got a small canteen
small hall
small field and small library

Although it is a very old old school and it is a very small small school
Me and my friend enjoy studying here
it is the only Chinese school in the corner of a island
and we live in this corner
but we are always glad to be a
very very happy happy country side-old and small school-student!

Laksa...

I always love to be in a multicultural country because i can have different kind of food, Malay food, Chinese food, Indian food, Nyonya food and some Thai food!

One of the local food i loved is ...laksa!
me and my friend has promise to eat it together but it seems that we are too busy to eat it...

Laksa a local food which taste spicy. Some are sour spicy--That is Assam laksa, which i loved.
In Penang, laksa have 2 type--Laksa and Assam Laksa.
Laksa looks like this:


Which the soup have lots of fish and make it doesn't seems like a soup.
But people say this is "Gao liao"(means this enrich the dishes).
but i am not fond of this type.

More spicy! More hot! and a little sour! >.<


Laksa are available in Penang, lots of tasty laksa are from hawker stall.
If you come to penang, you can have a taste of Penang Laksa.

since May, i have been relaxing myself.

Playing computer games, surfing the net, go shopping, sleeping, and do nothing for my edu.

Today is My BIRTHDAY!!!^@^

with some of my friends...gone to Queens Bay Mall!
only...2...friend go with me....cuz today is also the day for the prefect marching competition....
Many of my friends are involved.
But i discovered somebody who have the same birthday with me!!!
She is my friend boyfriend's mother...
Quite weird, finally I found someone with the same date of birth, but she is already a mother...

I have gone shopping, spended a lot, walked a lot, ate a lot...
We watch the movie "Mall Cop"...such a funny one. I recommend you to watch it!

中学

许多人说，中学是青春洋溢的时期

不懂我的算不算，青春洋溢是什么意思呢？
跟朋友嘻嘻哈哈？
干自己喜欢的事？
充实的过日子？

跟朋友喜哈，笑破肚皮的日子--有
自己喜欢的事--有
充实的过--好像有

但我的中学好像有点闷
尤其是我的班，从中二开始
我都和一班乖乖男女， 一起求学
实在融不入他们的圈子
和朋友不同班也少联络
还好有个死党在

中三更死
在班上听课是很少发生的事
跟周公约会是时常发生的事
奇怪的是我的同学竟然说我勤力 ！！！？？？

上了中学，人是静多了
朋友也少了，信任的人也少了
烦恼多了，压力大了
世界越来越不美好了

但我的梦更大了
要走的路更清楚了
目标明晰了
学会的东西多了
看的也多了，想的也多了

中学，说是自由的日子也不算，说是束缚的日子也不算
应为受束缚，所以一直在寻找自由
因为有梦想，一直在创造自己的天空
应为视野阔了，人也长大了！

所以！中学是青春洋溢的！！

干吗不用华语叻？？

我朋友告诉过我，我用英文写的blog他都懒得去看，
那我就在想，干吗不用华语呢？



原因竟然是------------------------------英文比较快。。。
我爱华语，但我懒得写，就像用手写一样，我的华语字难看
所以我有点不爱写，或许以后我写文章就用录音的吧！再交给老师！！

she bought me this books and another 2 book from Borders, well, I have time to read it
when the new school semester did not start yet,
but now i become busy and have less time to read,
after blogging, i'll straightly go to bed...

These day, i feel so tired uz i dun get enough sleep...
everyday my eyes looks like a dead fish's eyes...

But! i will Ganbate!!! hahaha....
